About SchoolAlgo
School management software built in Pune for Indian schools — simple for the office, useful for parents and teachers.
SchoolAlgo is a school management system for Indian schools. It brings admissions, fees, attendance, exams and report cards, timetables, staff and leave, transport and parent communication into one place — a web dashboard for the school office and Android apps for parents, teachers and drivers.
Schools sign up on our website, start free with up to 50 students, and choose a yearly plan based on the number of students as they grow. Everything is hosted by us on servers in India, so there is nothing to install or maintain.
Who we are
SchoolAlgo is a product of INSANITY TECHNOLOGIES, a software business based in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra (GSTIN 27AHUPD9014G1Z6). We set up each school, import its existing data and train its staff, and we stay a WhatsApp message away after it goes live.
What we believe
- Simple beats clever. Office staff should be able to collect a fee or mark attendance without a manual.
- Fair, open pricing. Every module is included in every plan; you pay only for the number of students.
- Your data is yours. Each school's data is kept separate, backed up nightly and never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
