Shipping & Delivery Policy

SchoolAlgo is online software. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no delivery charges.
1. How the service is delivered
- Free plan: available immediately after you sign up at https://app.schoolalgo.com/register.
- Paid plans: activated automatically on your school's account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within a minute. You receive a GST tax invoice, which you can download from Subscription in your dashboard.
- Mobile apps for parents, teachers and drivers are downloaded from the links in your school's dashboard.
2. If your plan is not active after paying
If money has left your account but your plan is not active within 2 hours, contact us with your school's name and the payment reference. We will activate the plan or, if the payment did not reach us, your bank or Razorpay will return it, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Setup and training
Where a plan includes setup help or staff training, we schedule it with you after payment, online or at your school, usually within 7 working days.
